The arrest was supposed to be the beginning of her freedom. Instead, her free time is restricted. She has to be available at certain times for phone calls or she'll never hear the end of it. She had to fill out all sorts of paperwork and jump through hoops to be approved for visits she doesn't even want.
At least she knows what he's doing in there. He can't be getting into much trouble, not with women, anyway. That was what got him locked up in the first place. Messing around on her, thinking she'd sit back and take it.
